APPLICATIONS

Industry solutions for your requirements

Our centrifuge baskets are not off-the-shelf products. They are optimized for the specific loads of your industry — whether abrasive bulk material, sensitive threads, or aggressive chemical media.

01—05 5 industries
Active solutions
01

Automotive and series production

Process safety by the second. For the automotive industry, we manufacture extremely robust baskets that perform reliably in automated dip-spin systems and coating lines. Engineered for high throughput and maximum repeatability in the coating of mass-produced parts.

02

Fittings and fasteners

Heavy bulk material safely under control. Whether screws, nuts, or furniture fittings: our reinforced baskets withstand the enormous mechanical load and abrasion from sharp-edged metal parts. Ideal for de-oiling, washing, and drying heavy batches.

03

Chemicals and pharmaceuticals

Resistance to corrosion. Where acids, alkalis, or solvents are at work, we rely on special materials such as Duplex or Hastelloy. Our finely balanced screen baskets guarantee purity and safety in solid-liquid separation in sensitive processes.

04

Job coating and surface finishing

Perfect surfaces without "nests". In job coating, flexibility counts. We deliver baskets that prevent parts from sticking together and enable a homogeneous coating thickness distribution. For results that convince your end customers — from zinc flake to KTL.

05

Engineering and special solutions

Your application doesn't fit any standard? No problem. We develop solutions for niche applications — from chip drying in machining to recycling. Our designs adapt the basket exactly to your component and your centrifuge — even for third-party manufacturers.

01 ADVANTAGE

Extremely wear-resistant

Especially in industrial coating and with bulk material (e.g. fittings), conventional baskets suffer from high abrasion. We build more solidly: through reinforced rings and the use of duplex steels or weld-resistant special alloys, we significantly extend the service life of your baskets.

02 PRECISION

100% perfect fit

Our inserts are 100% compatible with all leading machine manufacturers. Whether as a 1:1 spare part or as a high-performance upgrade for your existing system: we manufacture the heart of your centrifuge so precisely that it runs perfectly again even under full load in the toughest industrial use.

03 SERVICE

Repair

A defective mesh does not mean the end of the basket. As a manufacturer, we offer a fast repair and re-meshing service. We replace wear parts and repair the mesh. This is often 50% cheaper than a new purchase and conserves resources.

Technical Expertise

Our quality promise: precision down to the detail

A centrifuge basket is only as good as its weakest weld seam. That's why we leave nothing to chance. From material analysis to balancing protocol, we manufacture according to the strictest industrial standards directly at our location.

Materials

We don't just process standard stainless steels (1.4301, 1.4571). Our expertise lies in processing duplex steels, super-duplex, Hastelloy, and titanium. These materials guarantee maximum service life with highly corrosive media in the chemical industry or extreme mechanical loads (wear) in the fittings industry.

Manufacturing processes

Everything from a single source: we cut, form, and weld the baskets to a perfect fit. A crucial step is the highly precise tack-welding of the baskets to avoid positional tolerances. Finally, we ensure perfect surface quality through blasting, pickling, or electropolishing.

Quality assurance

Trust is good, proof is better. Our quality assurance accompanies every manufacturing step. We offer you full traceability through inspection certificates per DIN EN 10204-3.1, dimensional protocols, and dye penetrant testing of the weld seams. So you're on the safe side during audits.

Technical FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When is punched mesh better than woven mesh?

Punched mesh is the superior choice for high mechanical loads and wear. Since it is manufactured from a single piece, there are no wires that can shift (higher dimensional stability). The smooth surface without weave intersections also prevents material adhesion and significantly facilitates cleaning with abrasive media.

Which material do you recommend for aggressive chemicals?

Standard stainless steel (1.4301/1.4571) is often not sufficient for chlorine-containing media or high temperatures. For chemical and pharmaceutical applications, we manufacture baskets from duplex (1.4462), super-duplex, or Hastelloy. These special alloys reliably prevent pitting and stress corrosion cracking.

How does the basket affect coating quality?

Massively! An optimal basket design prevents liquid pockets and ensures homogeneous coating thickness. Thanks to maximally open surfaces (e.g. our punched mesh), the spinning-off of paints is extremely accelerated. The result: less material consumption, no sticking with small parts, and significantly higher process safety.

Is repair worthwhile for worn baskets?

Almost always. Our repair service specifically replaces wear parts such as the mesh surface or flanges. This often costs 50% less than a new part and is more sustainable. The prerequisite is that the base body (cage) is still intact — we check this for you in advance.

Do you also manufacture for older centrifuges without drawings?

Yes. We specialize in "reverse engineering". If you no longer have a drawing, send us the old sample basket. We take measurements on-site or at our facility and create a new production drawing — suitable for centrifuges from all common manufacturers.

How do you prevent rapid wear with bulk material?

In the fittings and automotive industry (e.g. dip-spin), we reinforce the critical zones. We rely on thicker wall thicknesses and specially arranged deflectors. This way the basket withstands the constant friction from screws or stamped parts.
